We’ll be watching videos and discussing options for your safety, from both strangers and acquaintances/co-workers who cross the line. We’ll practice boundary-setting techniques and how to use your voice and body language to help stop an attack. You’ll also learn effective physical self defense – strikes and escapes from holds. In addition, you’ll learn to safely and effectively use pepper gel, tactical flashlights, and tactical pens. 3 hour class- $110 per student Our instructors work one-on-one with students, to ensure that every student understands how each self defense move is performed.
