  I took a class with Rebecca last Saturday and it was FANTASTIC.  I have horrible situational awareness and really needed to understand some basic things that could make me more aware of my surroundings and defend myself should the situation arise.  She does a great job at giving you hands on experience on doing just that.  With a good mix of videos and personal stories, mixed with learning and feeling some of the tactics and holds, I truly feel more confident.  I know it will take work, and diligence to pay more attention, but this class is so worth your time and money.  Great job!
