  I took the Women's Urban Self Defense and it was very well done.  I now give more thought to where I am walking and who is around.  I also have some great tools to deescalate situations.  We were also allowed to practice self defense techniques, which are MUCH harder than you think they will be.  Amazing Women of the South Bay Area - If you have been meaning to take a self defense class - this is the one for you.  Rebecca is very knowledgeable, kind, yet serious about her craft.  I can not say it enough - take this class.
