Class includes instruction on situational awareness, boundary setting, safety tips for everyday life, and physical self defense instruction. We’ll be watching videos and discussing options for your safety, from both strangers and acquaintances/co-workers who cross the line. We’ll practice boundary-setting techniques and how to use your voice and body language to help stop an attack. You’ll also learn effective physical self defense – strikes and escapes from holds. In addition, you’ll learn to safely and effectively use pepper gel, tactical flashlights, and tactical pens. 3 hour class- $110 per student Our instructors work one-on-one with students, to ensure that every student understands how each self defense move is performed.
