Mother Daughter Self Defense classes Class includes instruction on situational awareness, boundary setting, safety tips for everyday life, and physical self defense instruction. We’ll be watching videos and discussing options for your safety, from both strangers and acquaintances/co-workers who cross the line. We’ll practice boundary-setting techniques and how to use your voice and body language to help stop an attack.
